MILLBURY- Thomas P. Germain III, 55, of 114 Worcester-Providence Turnpike, died Monday, Aug. 26, at UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, after being stricken ill at home.
He leaves his wife of 33 years, Lavonne E.M. (Hansen) Germain;. a daughter, Joyce L. Worrells of Millbury; a son, Thomas P. Germain IV of Millbury; his father, Thomas P. Germain Jr. of Sterling; a brother, Louis P. Germain of Worcester; a sister, Linda J. Lavallee of West Sutton; two grandchildren; nephews and nieces. . He is predeceased by a sister, Beverly A. Wark. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Evelyn R. (Russell) Germain. He graduated from Millbury Memorial High School in 1966.
Mr. Germain was a truck driver for Cherokee Carriers Inc. in Rhode Island for past two years. He was an Army veteran during the Vietnam War.
