Sandra L. Barr

MILLBURY - Sandra L. Barr, 78, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at Rose Monahan Hospice Home. She was born on October 13, 1947 in Sydney, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia.

Sandra leaves her sister, Eloise Blanchard and her husband Gordon; three nephews, Scott Blanchard and his wife Leah, Timothy Blanchard and his wife Kerry and Kyle Blanchard and his wife Julie; a very good friend, Grace Maggio and great nieces and nephews; Alisha, Devon, Oeghan and Ciara. She is predeceased by her parents, Gordon and Matilda (Dodge) Barr.

Sandra loved to garden and travel. She was known as “Miss Fix it” and could fix anything, change tires and she could handle any type of plumbing or electrical job. She worked many years in the medical electronic manufacturing field.

Sandra’s funeral service and burial will be held privately.
