MILLBURY

MILLBURY – Ryan T. Boutilier, 38, passed away on the morning of Saturday, August 1st with family by his side.

Ryan leaves his father, Tim Boutilier of Millbury; his sister, Heather (Boutilier) Stoddard of Milbury; two brothers, Adam McClintock and his wife, Karen of Millbury and John McClintock of Douglas; several nieces and nephews; an uncle, Kenneth Elliott of Millbury; cousins, Matthew Brisson, Ashley Rajchel, Jacqueline Masse and Duncan Elliott; he also leaves many cousins. He is predeceased by his mother, Lynn M. (Elliott) Boutilier; his grandparents, Lawrence and Margaret (Cristo) Boutilier and John and Elizabeth (Bristol) Elliott.

Ryan was a fun-loving and kind-hearted soul. As a child, he and his cousins spent their time turtle hunting, water skiing and wakeboarding on Dorothy Pond. He played Pop Warner football with many of his childhood friends. He attended Millbury Jr/Sr High School, where he ran track and played football. After graduating in 2006, he went on to attend Nichols College in Dudley, MA. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in marketing in 2010. Ryan met many lifelong friends at college through his major and playing rugby. After college, Ryan excelled at his work in medical equipment sales using his undeniable charisma. Ryan loved the Patriots! If he wasn’t at the game, he was definitely watching the game. He hunted, fished and went boating whenever he could with his father, uncles and cousins. He loved getting chinese food at Wong’s in Grafton, collecting their funny t-shirts in safety green over the years. This world will never be the same without him, but his heart and spirit will always live on in everyone that had the pleasure of meeting him.

Family and friends will honor and remember Ryan’s life by gathering for a time of visitation on Thursday, August 6th from 4 to 7 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street, Millbury.

His funeral service will be celebrated on Friday, August 7th at 11 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 N. Main Street, Millbury with burial to follow in Central Cemetery, Millbury. Those attending the Mass are asked to go directly to church.
