MILLBURY - Robert R. LaLiberte, 82 passed away March 31st peacefully at home, after battling a long illness.
He leaves his wife, Norma (Derie) LaLiberte; his son, Stephen Laliberte of Millbury; sisters, Gladys and Irene and brothers, James and Roger; nephews and nieces and many whom he considered his own children. He is predeceased by his parents, Romeo and Eunice Laliberte, his brothers, Frank, Hank and Raymond Laliberte, and sisters, Barbara and Alice.
Robert served in the U.S. Navy and worked for many years in warehouse and shipping management. Robert was a wonderful man and will be missed greatly.
His services will be held at 1 p.m. May10th at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery,111 Glenallen St. in Winchendon. There are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funerals is assisting the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
