Mary was a devoted wife and mother whose mission on earth was caring for others. Throughout her life she gathered friends and neighbors in addition to her family, to look out for. Throughout her married life Mary would knit, crochet and sew everything from baby sweaters, hats, mittens and afghans to keep as many people as she could warm and then make a wonderful meal for her family to enjoy. She also loved to shop for a bargain and would share in the bounty she found. Mary’s handmade mittens will keep many warm for years to come.
