It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Marie Singer, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who left this world at 66. Her passing was unexpected and she will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She recently celebrated 45 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband James, building a life rooted in love, family, and countless cherished memories. She was a proud and devoted mother to her two daughters, Stephanie Mansoor and Amanda Vigliotte, and found her greatest joy in her role as "Nana" to her eight grandchildren - Cameron, Dylan, Hanna, Hailee, Mia, Brody, Brooklyn, and Mavrik - and great-grandson, Elliott, each of whom brought endless light to her life. She also leaves behind her sister Robin Ingalls, brother-in-law Egil Lien, and her niece Mina; brother John and his wife Joanne Ingalls; sister Cathy and her husband Ed Carey; and countless nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Doris (Derie) Ingalls and Clarence Ingalls.
She had a joyful spirit and creative soul. A lifelong lover of all things Disney, she was enchanted by the magic, imagination, and happiness it brought. She enjoyed spending time with friends, traveling, and riding with the Blackstone Chapter of the U.S. Spyder Ryders, where she also served as the president. In her quieter moments she could often be found quilting, crafting, and creating beautiful pieces that reflected the care and love she poured into everything she did. Many of her creations will continue to warm hearts and homes for years to come.
Above all, she will be remembered for her kindness, her gentle heart, and her unwavering love for her family. Though her time with us feels far too short, her legacy lives on through the lives she touched and the love she shared so freely.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Family and friends will remember Marie’s life by gathering for a time of visitation on Wednesday, Dec. 17th from 5 to 8 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street, Millbury.
Her funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday, Dec. 18th at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with burial to follow in W.C.M.P, Paxton.
