Lillian Perkins

February 17, 1910 — February 27, 2002

MARLBOROUGH - Lillian O. (Nordgren) Perkins, 92, formerly of West Main St., died Wednesday, Feb. 27, in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Memorial Campus, Worcester.

Her husband, James A. Perkins died in 1978. She leaves a daughter, Eleanor L. Hall of Millbury; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. A daughter, Gail Miller, predeceased her. She was born in Marlborough, daughter of Eskel and Olga (Johnson) Nordgren and lived in Marlborough most of her life, before moving to Millbury in 1997.

Mrs. Perkins worked in the cafeteria for the Marlborough School Department before retiring.

She was a member of the First Congregational Church and its WomenTM)s Fellowship, and a member of the Marlborough Historical Society.

A private graveside service will be held in Forestvale Cemetery in Hudson.. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Activity Fund of Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation, 312 Millbury Ave., Millbury, Ma. 01527. Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, ( www.mulhane.com ) is in charge of the arrangements.
