MILLBURY - Joseph J. Tauper Jr., 85, of 133 Main St., died Friday, May 3, in the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, Northbridge.
His wife, Mary F. (Pichierri) Tauper, died in 1992. He leaves a son, Joseph J. Tauper III of Whitinsville; two granddaughters; nephews and nieces. He was born in Worcester, son of Joseph J. Tauper Sr. and Anna (Dvarakauskas) Tauper and has lived in Millbury for 57 years. He attended the former Commerce High School, in Worcester.
Mr. Tauper was a die maker at Wyman-Gordon Co. in Grafton for 30 years, retiring in 1980. He was a member of St. BrigidTM)s Church
A private Mass and burial will be held.
