AUBURN - Joseph W. Jason, 91, formerly of Worcester MA, where he was raised and then of Okinawa, Japan, died Wednesday, May 23rd at Life Care Center of Auburn.
He leaves several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Edna (Sadick) Gesuse and two brothers and two sisters.
Jason was an Army veteran before becoming an instructor for the U.S. Government in Okinawa, Japan for many years retiring in 2009. He was an avid fan of the Red Sox. He also enjoyed traveling to many countries. The family would like to thank the staff of the Life Care Center of Auburn for their care while Joseph was there.
There will be a calling hour from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 29th at Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury, followed by a graveside service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 29th in section #104 of Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster St. in Worcester.
