MILLBURY – James F. Mannix, 83, passed away in his home on Saturday, April 14th with his family by his side.
Jim leaves his sister with whom he lived, Brenda E. Mannix; many cousins. He is predeceased by his parents, James T. and Ella (Buckley) Mannix.
Jim was a lab technician at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester for 34 years, retiring in 1993. He enjoyed fishing and trips to Florida. Jim also was a fan of the Red Sox and Patriots. His sister would like to thank Salmon VNA and Hospice for the loving and compassionate care for Jim over his final days.
Jim’s graveside service will be held on Friday, April 20th at 11 a.m. in St. Brigid Cemetery, West Street in Millbury. There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Salmon VNA and Hospice, 37 Birch Street, Milford, MA 01757.
