WORCESTER - Helen J. (White) Knight, 87, formerly of Greenwood St., died Saturday, Dec. 8, in the Northbridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Northbridge.
Her husband, Oliver F. Knight Sr. died in 1970. She leaves a son, Oliver F. Knight Jr. of Millbury; a sister, Dorothy Nadeau of Biddeford, Maine; three grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She is predeceased by a brother, Frederick White of Worcester. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Frederick and Amanda ( Peterson) White and has lived in Worcester most of her life.
Mrs. Knight was in housekeeping at Clark University in Worcester for 10 years, retiring in 1986. She was a former member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church in Worcester.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in All Faiths Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, in the funeral home.
