SUTTON Elaine V. (Boucher) Young, 74, of 76 Providence Rd., died Monday, Nov. 14th in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.
She is survived by the love of her life, her husband, Gordon J. Young; seven children, Linda wife of Richard Ezold of Sutton, James Young and his wife Natalie of Millbury, Patricia wife of Donald Henderson of Uxbridge, Brian Young and his wife Barbara of Millbury, Steven Young and his wife Colleen of Webster, Christine wife of Francis Couture of Sutton and, Richard Young of Auburn; two brothers, Arthur Boucher of Millbury and Richard Boucher of Woods Hole; 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She is predeceased by her parents, George A. and Florence (Perron) Boucher and a sister, Rita Grundstrom.
Mrs. Young was a CNA for many years, working at the former Pine Grove Villa Nursing Home in Millbury, before retiring. She enjoyed making crafts and traveling with her husband. She devoted her life to her family and was an inspiration to all who loved her and will be sadly missed.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16th in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be private in Central Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02210.
