Diana S. Grenier

Diana Sophia Grenier, known affectionately as Sito, passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 76 in Worcester, Massachusetts surrounded by her family. She was born on March 24, 1947, in Worcester, Massachusetts, to her late parents, Alfred Chambers & Alice Fayard Chambers, also pre-deceased by her husband David C Grenier.

Diana was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Diana is survived by her son, David A Grenier, and his partner Todd Banfill of Millbury, and her daughter, Dawn Grenier Tomaszewicz, and her husband Kevin of Sutton. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Alyssa Rae’ Tomaszewicz and her boyfriend Dom Esposito, Hannah Tomaszewicz and her fiancé Darius Mitchell, and her youngest grandson, Cody Tomaszewicz. Diana was a loving bonus mom & grandmother to many children and grandchildren, and she held them dear to her heart. In addition to her immediate family, Diana is survived by her siblings, Elaine Bush and her husband Terry, and Donna Sinkus and her husband Bruce. She also leaves behind her brothers and sisters-in-law William & Joy Grenier, Allen & Judy Grenier as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Diana was a source of love, support, and guidance to her extended family, and her memory will forever be cherished. Diana dedicated many years of her life to working at the Worcester Fair before retiring to stay home and care for her grandchildren. Her commitment to family was unwavering, and she found joy in spending time with her loved ones. She was married for over 50 years to the love of her life. She loved to get together with her Fayard cousins on trips & lunches. Diana's hobbies included playing pitch with the ladies on Friday evenings and eagerly anticipating Sundays when the family would gather together. She had a special place in her heart for her dog Gizmo and her cats Peanut and Butter.

The funeral services for Diana Sophia Grenier will be conducted by Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main Street in Millbury. Calling hours will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, October 28^th from 9 to 11a.m. with her funeral Mass to follow at Noon in Saint Marks Church, 356 Boston Road in Sutton. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, South Grafton.

Diana Sophia Grenier's legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be remembered as a loving and caring individual, always ready to lend a helping hand. Her memory will forever be cherished, and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
