Carol Lamothe

NORTHBRIDGE – Carol A. (Picotte) Lamothe, 80, passed away on Saturday, June 23rd surrounded by her loving family in Milford Regional Hospital.

Carol leaves her husband of 61 years, Larry Lamothe; three children, Bruce Lamothe and his wife, Tami of Sutton, Ann Lamothe of Boca Raton, Florida and Jane LaBarre and her husband, Arthur of Northbridge; three grandchildren, Collin, Lauren and Ashley; a great grandson, Christian; brother and sister-in-laws; many nieces and nephews.  She is predeceased by a son, Mark Lamothe, twin grandsons, her parents and siblings.

Carol was known as Mom to many and Mems to many more.  She was proud of her education and had a passion for teaching.  Carol was a teacher for over 25 years, retiring in 1999 from the Coolidge School in Shrewsbury.  She enjoyed traveling with her husband, Larry.  Most of all Carol loved spending time with family and friends.

Family and friends will honor and remember Carol’s life by gathering for a time of visitation on Thursday, June 28th from 4 to 8 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street in Millbury.

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 29th at 11 a.m. in St. Peter Church, 39 Church Ave in Northbridge.  Burial will be private.
