Brian “Oompy” Pultorak, 56, of Millbury, Massachusetts, passed away on December 10, 2025, at UMass Lake Avenue in Worcester, Massachusetts, surrounded by the love of his family and friends. Born on June 29, 1969, Brian lived a life defined by music, generosity, laughter, and an unwavering devotion to those he loved.
An inspirational guitar player, Brian shared his gift through the church band at St. Brigid’s in Millbury, where his music lifted spirits and brought people together. Whether on stage or off, Oompy had a way of making everyone feel welcome. He was known for his huge heart of gold and his readiness to help anyone in need—no questions asked.

A skilled tractor-trailer mechanic at Eagle Leasing, he was respected for his work ethic and reliability. Outside of work and music, Brian enjoyed the simple pleasures of life—especially a good ham sandwich, which became one of his many endearing trademarks.
