MILLBURY- Beverly E. (Choquette) Gannon, passed away in her home on Sunday, July 6, 2025.
Beverly’s husband, James P. Gannon, Jr. predeceased her in 2010. Beverly leaves behind her four children, Pamela E. Allard and her husband Arthur of Millbury, James P. Gannon III and his wife Michele of Webster, Glenn Gannon and his wife Lori of Northbridge and Kimberly Payva and her husband Dante of Millbury; seven grandchildren, Alexa Rae and Brianna Allard, Jameson Gannon, Chrissa and Connor Gannon, Maxwell and Leo Payva. She is predeceased by her parents, Raymond Shackett and Maxine (Ayotte) Choquette.
Beverly graduated in 1958 from the former Ascension High School in Worcester and later worked for Stop & Shop where she met her future husband, Jim. She also worked at the Worcester Telegram & Gazette and Holy Cross College. Beverly enjoyed going to lunch, playing cards, shopping and going to the beach with her friends. She loved a good yard sale, bingo and putting together picture albums. Beverly was a passionate Red Sox fan and never missed watching a game. Most of all, Beverly loved spending time with family, especially her seven grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to remember Beverly’s life by gathering for a time of visitation on Friday, July 11th from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street, Millbury.
Her funeral service will follow at noon in the funeral home with burial immediately following at Central Cemetery, Millbury.
