MILLBURY – Kristina (Rackauskas) Naikelis, 87, died Friday, Aug. 28th in her home, surrounded by her family, after an illness.
Her husband, Jonas Naikelis died in 1972. She leaves a daughter, Linda Griggs of Glendale, Arizona; three grandchildren, Joey, who she was very close too and Christine and Bobby; five great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was born in Lithuania and is predeceased by her parents and a son, Robert Naikelis.
Kristina worked at the Jewish Home in Worcester for many years, retiring in January of this year. She was a former member of St. Casmir's Church and its choir, a member of the Lithuania Charitable Society, the Penketukas and Ratelis Singing Groups and a member of Maironis Park.
Calling hours are 10 am to 12 Noon Tuesday, Sept. 1st in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury. Graveside services will be private in Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester.
